Meet Chef Dylan
A Seattle-based private chef, Dylan Lee is known for high-concept, cross-cultural dining experiences rooted in connection, creativity, and community. Beginning his culinary journey in 2009, he studied at the Seattle Art Institute before becoming skilled in every corner of the restaurant world—front of house, back of house, behind the bar, and with management. After a pivotal 4 years in Los Angeles where he contributed to the renaissance of DTLA, Dylan returned to Seattle and joined several of the city’s leading restaurant groups. Today, he focuses on creating elevated experiences that celebrate the moment. His cooking reflects his Black/Korean heritage and Pacific Northwest roots, with a deep commitment to local sourcing and collaboration with small businesses.
